We have 120 da ys schedule, in which we work in the core forest for these many days and stay at the one room shelter post provided at there, basically having no contact with the outside world at all. This work schedule is one of the reasons why women don’t opt for this but instead go for desk works. So teams usually don’t have women or not more than one. The post is always occupied by 10 people, so for me it’s always been 9 men and then myself. Living together in a one room shelter with zero privacy.
